HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-In / Check-Out
•  Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
•  Standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM
•  Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Identification
•  A valid government-issued ID is required for all guests upon check-in.
•  Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Booking Confirmation
•  Guests must present a valid booking confirmation or voucher upon check-in for verification.
4. Payments
•  Full payment for the entire stay must be settled upon check-in.
•  An incidental deposit (cash only) is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damages, losses, or violations are incurred.
•  Spot payments are strictly non-refundable.
•  Room charges may be paid through cash, credit card, debit card, bank deposit, or QRPh payments.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
•  Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
6. Occupancy
•  Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room.
•  Additional guests must be declared in advance and may incur extra charges.
7. Complimentary Breakfast
•  Breakfast is complimentary for registered guests only, based on the number of occupants in the booking.
•  Serving time is strictly from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
•  Unclaimed breakfasts within serving hours will be forfeited.
•  Complimentary breakfast cannot be transferred, advanced, or combined with other meals.
•  Additional breakfasts may be purchased at the published rate.
8. Room Keys
•  Room keys must be returned upon check-out.
•  Lost keys are subject to a replacement fee.
9. Quiet Hours
•  Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
•  Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
10. House Rules
•  🚭 Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit (₱5,000 penalty).
•  ❌ No pets, wild parties, or illegal activities allowed.
•  Cooking of strong-smelling food is prohibited (₱5,000 penalty if the unit is left smelly/dirty).
•  Please keep noise at a minimum—be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
•  Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.
11. Liability & Damages
•  The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
•  Any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or fixtures during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account.
•  Stains on towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, duvets, seat covers, and foams will also be charged to the guest.
12. Visitors
•  Visitors must present a valid ID at the front desk and are subject to approval by hotel management.
