However, you can safely park your vehicle in the designated public parking space in front of our gate/entrance for 4 wheels and public parking space for motorcycles in front of MB Dental Clinic. Please remember that you park there at your own risk. Most of our guests park there, and so far we never received any complaints naman po.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Check-In / Check-Out
•  Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
•  Standard check-out time is by 12:00 noon.
•  Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges. ₱100 per hour.

Early Check-in - ₱100 per hour.

Late Check-out - ₱100 per hour until 1:00 PM only. Checking-out more than 1 PM is already considered as another day booking.

2. Since we operate on a self-check-in basis and do not have a physical front office, your cooperation is key to a smooth and secure arrival. 

• Simply call the provided contact number when you reach the property.

•This call serves as your official check-in notification. During the brief call, we will remotely verify the number of registered persons entering the room using our CCTV system.

3. Payments
•  Full payment for the entire stay must be settled upon check-in.
•  An incidental deposit (cash only) is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damages, losses, or violations are incurred.
•  Spot payments are strictly non-refundable.
•  Room charges may be paid through cash, credit card, debit card, bank deposit, or QRPh payments.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
•  Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
5. Occupancy
•  Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room.
•  Additional guests must be declared in advance and may incur extra charges.
6. Room Keys/Keycard
•  Room keys must be returned to key locker upon check-out.
•  Lost keys/keycard are subject to a replacement fee.
7. Quiet Hours
•  Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM for the comfort of all guests.
•  Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in immediate eviction without refund.
8. House Rules
•  🚭 Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit (₱5,000/penalty).
•  ❌ No pets, wild parties, or illegal activities allowed.
•  ❌ Bringing of strong-smelling food is prohibited (₱5,000 penalty if the unit is left smelly/dirty).
•  Please keep noise at a minimum—be considerate of other guests and neighbors.
•  Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.
9. Liability & Damages
•  The management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
•  Any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or fixtures during the stay will be charged to the guest’s account.
•  Stains on towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, blankets, duvets, seat covers, and foams will also be charged to the guest.
10. Visitors
•  Visitors must present a valid ID at the front desk and are subject to approval by hotel management.
